I use the powerful approach of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy combined with Hypnotherapy to help you effectively address a wide range of challenges particularly anxiety and stress, performance anxiety (in the arts and sports and also the corporate world, public speaking, presentations and meetings) social anxiety, insomnia, habit reversal and phobias.
My focus is to help you recognise and change negative thought patterns and in so doing, develop healthier thinking and behavioural patterns. Understanding the relationship between your feelings (emotions), thoughts (cognitions) and behaviours and how each one influences the other, combined with using the power of your imagination through Hypnosis, can be hugely freeing and self empowering.
Together, we'll work on practical solutions and achievable goals, enabling you to actively make conscious changes in your everyday life. I concentrate on practical techniques and skills training for building long lasting changes and self empowerment. I offer both online sessions globally and across the UK, and in-person sessions in Cheltenham and Ledbury, tailoring our work to your specific needs and goals.
